QuickBooks Online Advanced is here!

At least in limited release. This is a new offering for Intuit clients who need more extensive support beyond regular QBO offerings. QuickBooks Online Advanced offers to increase productivity for subscribers.

Like many new product launches, cloud-based QB Online Advanced is being released to a limited group, and then will be quickly released to the general market.

QuickBooks Online Advanced Features

So what additional features are available in QBOA? First let’s look a what you get in both QB Online Plus versus QB Online Advanced.  BOTH offer:

  • For Accounts receivable and sales, produce, send, receive payments,and track customer invoices.
  • Full suite of common financial reports; build your own customized reports.
  • Create and manage estimates that can be converted to purchase orders and then invoices.
  • Sync bank accounts and apps.
  • Connect bank, credit or debit card accounts to pull entries into QuickBooks Online.
  • Bills and payables: enter, manage, pay bills, enter and apply credits, full reporting.
  • Track and value inventory.
  • Manage 1099 contractors including 1099 IRS reporting at year-end.
  • More Multiple Users – basically 5 for QBO Plus and up to 10 (and some sources say 25) for QBO Advanced.
  • Many more features and tools for small business accounting and financial reporting.

Note that besides the extra users, there are no technical differences or features between the products.

HOWEVER QuickBooks Online Advanced subscribers additionally receive:

  • Membership in the “Priority Circle” program, meaning that you will be assigned a –
  • “Customer Success Manager” – to get to know your business and accounting situation and handle your specific product needs and questions.
  • “Priority Care” – When support is needed, Priority Care quickly get things done by routing your calls to the front of the queue and to the most experienced QuickBooks Online experts.
  • 5 online training classes Intuit values at $2000 annually. QB users on your team may sign up at any time after subscription. This is in addition to other QuickBooks Online training now available, for example through the QuickBooks ProAdvisor program.

Retail pricing for QuickBooks Online Advanced is $150 per month, versus $60 for QB Online Plus.
